WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
The Carriage House Garage offers secure, immaculately clean, well lit, climate-controlled vehicle storage tailored for discerning car and motorcycle owners. Our facility includes complimentary battery tending, monthly startup and warm-up services (if you choose), a beautiful members’ lounge (no extra charge), optional pick-up and delivery, and true 24/7 secure access so you can retrieve your vehicle whenever you like. Storage is all we do. No distractions and no other businesses sharing space. We have a singular focus – keeping your prized possession safe.
We’re starting small with limited space available, but we have ambitious plans to grow alongside demand. We’d love you to be part of our journey. Everyone—and every kind of vehicle—is welcome. We don’t offer “VIP” plans, because everyone here is a VIP and treated equally.
While there are other storage options in the Detroit area, they tend to fall at opposite ends of the spectrum—either low-cost, inconveniently located spaces with minimal amenities, leaky roofs and windows, and difficulty getting in or out, or high-end facilities with steep prices and a culture that is not inclusive. The Carriage House strikes the perfect balance: competitive mid-range pricing with a variety of plans based on the number of vehicles, length of stay and more, in a convenient and SAFE location right off of M-59.

The Carriage House Garage is an extension of your own garage, with a clean, secure facility with cameras, alarms, and automated entry system that opens the doors as you arrive. You don’t even need to get out of your vehicle to enter.
MOTORCYCLE STORAGE
Please see the FAQ section for more information about motorcycle storage. As we do with cars, we offer you a dedicated space with 24x7 access at your whim. You will have your own space to swap bikes in and out, store your gear, put on a battery tender, and soon we will have a lift so you can easily change your oil or do other light maintenance, all part of your monthly storage fee. We love motorcycles at The Carriage House!
MEMBERS LOUNGE
We thought about everything you could need for your car and didn’t forget you. Whether you need to unwind after a long drive or meet up with a group and relax before you hit the road, our members have access to an exclusive members’ lounge complete with TV, a pool table, and plenty of comfortable seating.
Enjoy a game or a race, or take advantage of our high-speed internet to hold a remote meeting. Work from home and need somewhere to entertain friends or clients? All members have access to the lounge seven days a week.
